How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at hello@frialondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We would also really appreciate any feedback on why you are returning your item, as this helps us improve our products.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer free postage on outgoing orders. However, unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item. We do not provide prepaid return labels in these circumstances.
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return at no cost to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
We will refund the full price of the returned item and any standard delivery charges paid on the original order. We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless the items are faulty or not as described.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
